Due to being a food item, our products are considered final sale. Nevertheless, your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at info@trustedsnacks.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue and make it right for you.

Refrigeration:

Some of our products, such as Amino Balls recommends storing their products in the fridge to keep them at their freshest and best texture, they’re designed to handle life on the go.  If you didn’t pop them in the fridge right away, they’re still totally safe and stable to eat as long as they were stored in a cool, dry place. We recommend you pop them in the fridge now and continue enjoying them until their best before date.
