Who can fundraise?

Almost any group can! Our healthier, easier fundraising program is a hit with:

  • all kinds of community organizations looking for a simple way to raise money.

How does the fundraising program work?

1. Apply to Start a Fundraiser in under 5 minutes. Within 1 day, you'll receive a unique link to start fundraising right away.

2. Share the code with your community and they'll place their orders online. Your group earns 20% of every sale—with zero upfront costs.

3. Orders will shipped in bulk to your school or team—pre-sorted and pre-labelled by student and class or team for easy distribution. Based on your delivery zone, there is a $2-$3 processing fee per order.

Can we set pricing for snacks? How is pricing set?

All of our snack pricing is set within the suggested retail selling price, so they’re comparable to what you’d find at major retailers.

Prices are standard across all fundraisers and can’t be adjusted by individual groups keeping it simple, fair, and consistent for everyone.

How will we know who supported our campaign?

Every time someone places an order through your unique fundraising link, it’s tracked automatically. At the end of your fundraiser, you’ll receive a full summary — including a list of all supporters and their associated class, group, or team.

When is the best time to run a fundraiser?

Fall and winter are fundraising season’s sweet spot. September to December is perfect for back-to-school and holiday campaigns.

But honestly? There’s never a bad time to fundraise. You can also run:

• Spring campaigns
• Year-end pushes
• Ongoing campaigns that stay open as long as you need

No rules, just fundraisers that work when you do.

When and how do we get paid?

You’ll earn 20% commission on every dollar spent through your campaign. Payouts are processed at the end of the campaign and sent to your organization via cheque.

If you want to close your fundraiser, you can at any time and receive whatever commission has been accumulated to date.

How long do fundraisers run?

We suggest running your fundraiser for at least 4 weeks, but you can leave it open for as little or as long as you’d like.

I would like posters to promote my fundraiser

When you sign up to run a fundraiser, you’ll receive a Digital Welcome Kit that includes everything you need to promote your campaign—customizable poster templates, social media graphics, email copy, and more.

You can easily personalize the materials with your group’s name, link, and dates to help spread the word online or in person. No design skills needed—just plug, print, and post!

You can also access all the materials via our Snackraiser HQ.

How do families support our fundraiser?

They just click and shop online.

Every campaign gets a unique link that credits sales directly to your group. Supporters shop with the link and you earn!

Our fundraising page isn't working

Our fundraisers don’t have a separate website or custom URL. Instead, we use a special discount code through Shopify that tracks your fundraiser.

Here’s how it works:

  • When supporters click your fundraising link, it takes them to our regular Trusted Snacks website.
  • At checkout, the fundraiser code is automatically applied to their cart.
  • That code is what tells us their order belongs to your fundraiser.

So, even though it looks like they’re shopping our main site, their purchase is still being counted toward your fundraiser—as long as they used your link.

If you want, you can test it by adding something to your cart and going to checkout. You’ll see the fundraiser code applied automatically!

How do you select your snacks?

We're picky about snacks and proud of it!

We don't just choose snacks that taste great. We choose snacks we feel good about feeding our own families. That means every product in our lineup is carefully vetted and approved by our team made up of experts and industry leaders in mindful, healthy snacks.

They all are free from:

  • Unhealthy Fats or Oils
  • Harmful additives
  • Refined and hidden sugars
  • Artificial colors; and
  • Flavor enhancers

On top of that, we look for snacks that are nut-free, allergen aware and school-safe.

Are products made in a nut-free facility?

Each product in our fundraiser comes directly from its original manufacturer—for example, Farm Girl cereal is made in a different facility than Purplesful Popcorn and different than Amino Balls.

Please check the packaging on each item for ingredient and allergy information, as it may vary by brand.

Do we need to refrigerate products?

We try to avoid fillers, unnecessary preservatives and additives in our snacks unlike conventional options. That means most of our products are at their best, optimal quality when stored in a cool, dry place.

Some of our products, like Amino Balls are recommended to be stored in the fridge to keep them at their freshest and best texture.

That said, they’re designed to handle life on the go so if you can't or didn't pop them in the fridge right away, they’re still totally safe and stable to eat.

We recommend you pop them in the fridge when you can and continue enjoying them until their best before date.

How do I support a fundraiser?

It’s easy—just shop!

Click the custom link your school, team, or organization shared with you. Every purchase made through that link automatically counts toward their fundraiser.

That’s it—no forms, no extras. Just delicious snacks delivered to your door and money raised for a great cause.

How do I get my order? How long does it take?

All orders are bulk shipped to the organizing the fundraiser to be distributed. Typically, delivery to the organization is about 3 weeks after the fundraiser closes.

We recommend getting in touch with them, or, the person who shared the fundraiser with you to confirm that date.
